The use of our website is governed by our terms and conditions, and by using and/or ordering goods from our website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out below, and agree that your use of the website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of English Law. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
You will remember to continually check the terms and conditions and will be bound by the terms and conditions in force at any time that you use the website. Items, prices, availability and descriptions may be changed at any time and without notice to ensure information is as accurate and as up to date as possible. While we endeavour to ensure all information is accurate and all pictures are an accurate representation of our actual products, minor variations in size, design or colour may occur.
You will ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete in all respects, and accept responsibility for any costs that may occur as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information being provided.
We recommend you use up to date antivirus, firewall and security software as although we take great care to ensure our website is safe, we cannot guarantee our website will be free of viruses or malicious software. We take no responsibility for loss or damage to files or computer equipment as a result of visiting our website.
We may also terminate or restrict access to our website at any time and without notice.
None of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
We will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind whatsoever that may occur as a result of using our website, or buying or using any of our products. This includes but is not limited to any costs, wages, inconvenience or goodwill.
We do not in anyway limit our liability for any matter it would be illegal or illegal to attempt to exclude our liability for.
We reserve the right to hold buyers responsible for any loss or costs we suffer or incur as a result of you not complying with these terms and conditions.
Goods sold to consumers in the UK will be subject to VAT surcharge of 20%, this VAT rate is already included within the stated prices of the website.
We will not share your information for any other marketing or promotional purposes with any third party individual or company. Your information will only be shared with those parties directly necessary to complete and deliver your order, including but not limited to the courier and the payment processor.

Ordering & Delivery
We will take all reasonable care to keep your payment details secure, but in the absence of neglect we will not be liable if a third party is able access the data you provide when assessing or ordering from the site. By assessing and/or ordering from our site you agree to take full responsibility for protecting your data from unauthorised use by a third party, including responsibility for any damage or losses incurred as a result of visiting our site.
We will endeavour to accept all orders but there may be circumstances where an order cannot be accepted. Acceptance of your order will only take place once your order has been dispatched.
Where free delivery is offered, this is only to addresses that are classified as a mainland UK address (as defined by our couriers). Areas that lie outside of this area such as the Scottish Highlands, British Isles, Northern Ireland etc, will require a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for a quote.
Any delivery dates we specify are intended as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the timeframe advised in the item description, but under no circumstances will we compensate or be held responsible for any cost or inconvenience that may be incurred due to delays with deliveries.
The nature of made to order items means that occasionally when the factory is busy delays can occur with production that can delay the dispatch date.
The courier will deliver Mon-Fri between 8:30am-6pm. If you are out at the time of delivery the courier will try delivery on the following working day. Due to the size of our items we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
When using a 3rd party parcel courier there is always the chance that delays can occur that are out of our control. Please bear this in mind.
We ask customers to check items on arrival as you will be asked to sign for them as ‘received in good condition’. Damaged goods can be refused at this point or you can note any issues on the delivery note and contact us before opening the item.
Where mattresses arrive vacuum packed and rolled, they should be opened and unrolled within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Failure to open and unroll the mattress within 2 weeks can prevent the mattress from reforming and reshaping as intended. This could result in the mattress not expanding back to its intended depth and / or cause the mattress to be mis-shaped. Failure to open within 2 weeks may result in any warranty offered being invalidated.
We ask all customers to double check their item fully for damage before opening and to contact us within 1 working day of delivery if they believe the item has been damaged by the courier.
It is recommended you do not dispose of your old mattress until the new one has arrive and you have fitted it in place and are happy with it. No compensation can be offered for periods where you have no mattress to sleep on as you have disposed of the old one.
If your chosen mattress has a guarantee applied to it, this is offered as a Limited Guarantee under the following terms:
Your mattress will be replaced at your option without charge to you, should it be defective because of faulty workmanship during the first one (1) years of the Limited Guarantee (other than specific limitations contained herein).

It is understood that this does not include a normal increase in softness in the Vasco material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature, both of which do not affect the pressure relieving properties.
It is understood that foams will gradually compress when weight is repeatedly applied in one area night after night. Because sleepers are not the same size and shape of their mattress, body shaped depressions will occur on any mattress where foam is used as part of, or all of it’s construction. For this reason it is understood that a mattress containing foam will naturally sag and sink over time. Mattresses that develop body shape impressions are not defective, and this is considered as general wear and tear of a foam mattress. Depressions are typically more obvious in mattresses with a bigger span area such as king size or super king sizes due to the under utilised space between sleepers.
The Limited Guarantee does, however, cover any deterioration of the Vasco material (or pressure reliving material used) which causes the foam to have an indentation greater than three (3) cm which is not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform.
If such a covered defect appears after the initial one (1) year period of the Limited Guarantee, and within the remaining years left on the Limited Guarantee, we will replace the mattress charging the Purchaser a prorated charge.
The prorated charge will be based on the original purchase price – being the price the Purchaser paid at the time he/ she purchased the mattress divided by the total number of years of the total Guarantee, multiplied by the number of years you have owned the Mattress before the expiry of the Guarantee.
The Cover is guaranteed for one (1) year for faults in material or workmanship.
All guarantees contained herein shall not apply if the Mattress or Cover has been physically damaged including burns, cuts or is abnormally soiled or is unsanitary.
This Guarantee is valid only to the original Purchaser of the Mattress. To make a claim the Purchaser must provide proof of purchase by supplying an invoice or receipt.
Our zip-off covers can be dry cleaned. Please note that the mattresses are Non-turn, quite unlike a traditional mattress. You should as an alternative, rotate from head to toe instead every 5 months.
Please allow for a tolerance on the sizes of the foam products. A 5cm variance in size in memory foam is perfectly normal depending on conditions and room temperature. All items must be released from their compressed state within 2 weeks of delivery or the recovered size may vary from that advertised and will then be excluded from any warranty.
Cancellations and Returns
Please refer to all of the product/s you intend to order for additional information on returns relating to that particular product.
We offer customers a grace period of 14 days from delivery where we will allow you to cancel your purchase and return your unused item(s) for a refund of the full purchase price (including original shipping costs). Please email or write to us if you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 day period. All returns must be made in the original condition they were supplied in
Where returns and cancellations are offered and accepted, the buyer assumes all cost and responsibility for packaging and arranging the return of goods. Please consider the potential return cost before you open your item and allow it to expand. Once a mattress has expanded it cannot be repacked to original size and can be expensive to return. Also consider that where self assembly is required for an item, regrettably once fully / partially assembled returns are not possible unless they relate to a fault. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before you begin assembly.
Returns are only offered on regular off the shelf items. Any items that have been made to order / custom specification / custom sizes may not be returned under any circumstances. We extend this rule to ANY order that has been ordered with special instructions regarding the product itself. Only orders that are made to a the standard specification can be returned.
Once payment has been accepted for a custom size order, cancellations cannot be made under any circumstances. Amendments to the dimensions may be possible, however are not guaranteed.
All new foam products will have an odour which will clear gradually over time once the foam is used. This is not a fault and is a normal property of high density foam; however, if you find the odour is a problem, please contact us and we can provide advice on how to help it to clear.
While the quality of our goods is assured, we cannot guarantee suitability for all individuals.
Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of our website or the placing of any order through our website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please request a quote for the extra delivery cost that will apply before ordering.
